Computer Science Yr 3
Pupils set off early and headed to Adastral Park
for a day full of computational workshops.
The children had tasks set out to design an algorithm to
make a crane move from one place to another,
learning how to debug and problem solve in groups.
Moving onto the next workshop the task was to make
a Beebot follow the correct path across a mat, testing it
and creating new paths to follow.
Workshop 4 was Lego Wedo where the pupils followed
step by step instructions to make a propeller turn
and complete several challenges.
Become a human photocopier, paying attention to
detail and giving precise, accurate instructions to your partner.
